Remanufacture

Remanufacture

Remanufacture is an alternative, effective, and efficient solution to buying new equipment directly from a dealer.

The importance of the remanufacture process is acknowledged globally - It’s valuable to environmental sustainability by keeping raw materials in a cycle, using less energy than production from new.
Remanufacture can improve inherent design flaws from initial production, thus prolonging the parts life and keep costs down. Quality is sustained whilst seeing to ecological responsibility.
We use ultrasonic cleaning in the early stages of remanufacturing, after initial dismantling of the part into its constituent components. These are cross-examined against original specifications and reconditioned or replaced with new where required. For instance, the remanufacture of a diesel fuel injector consists of recycling old parts, such as the main casings, while fitting new parts, such as nozzles. In the final stage, we test the injector to ensure it meets industry standard and is as good as new.
